Avantagents was born in 2016 as a business accelerator for founders and leaders who needed more than theory: they needed a partner willing to stand beside them in difficult markets, challenge their assumptions, and help them fight for better outcomes. Its mission was simple: unlock growth by combining clear strategy, disciplined execution, and a relentless, “never give up” mindset.
The birth of Avantagents
Avantagents emerged at a time when many businesses were overwhelmed by rapid change and global uncertainty. It brought together experience in international projects, negotiation, and cross‑cultural management to help teams launch, pivot, and scale with structure instead of improvisation. From the beginning, the focus was on action: concrete roadmaps, hands‑on support, and the courage to make hard decisions.
Adapting to new market conditions
As markets evolved, clients’ needs shifted from broad acceleration to targeted help on their most critical negotiations and strategic conversations. Rather than trying to do everything, Avantagents began to concentrate on the moments that truly decide the future of a deal, a partnership, or a project. This change revealed a natural core: high‑stakes negotiation and decision support, especially in and with Asia.
Refocusing on core strengths
Out of this evolution came a deliberate refocus on what delivered the most value: helping leaders prepare better, understand counterparties more deeply, and negotiate with clarity under pressure. The expertise, methods, and lessons developed within Avantagents now live on in specialised advisory, training, and tools dedicated to negotiation. The name changed, but the discipline of preparation, strategic thinking, and execution remains the foundation.
A fighting spirit that continues
Avantagents was built on a fighting spirit: the belief that even in tough conditions, the right strategy, mindset, and allies can turn a difficult situation into an opportunity. That spirit continues today in Better Call a Negotiator and the Deal Negotiation Institute, supporting decision‑makers who refuse to accept a bad deal as their only option. This legacy page exists to acknowledge that journey—and to show how the experience gained through Avantagents still works behind the scenes in every negotiation supported today.

Between 2018 and 2022, on behalf of a leading European TV-Home shopping company we sourced vendors & identified Best Seller items. We have negotiated price, exclusivity and brought many new products on the market.
In 2021, on behalf of a leading French Electric Vehicle charging station company we have identified & qualified a franchise partner in China. We assisted the President of the company until the signature of a MOU.
In 2024, on behalf of a start-up offering a B2B wealth & asset management SaaS platform, we advised two small professional investors to acquire Convertible Notes offered by the company.
In 2024, on behalf of a search engine dedicated to Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds which provides access to more than 18,000 funds globally as well as more than 20,000 people managing those funds, we qualified 19 Ambassadors.
In 2023, we identified, introduced, and facilitated discussions with a Chinese State-Owned Enterprise interested in investing and participating in the construction of a 200 MW Solar Power Plant in North Macedonia.
Between 2019 to 2022, we have identified & qualified 14 projects on behalf of 'Invest Eastern France', program of the 'Grand E-Nov+' agency of the Grand Est region of France.
In 2018, on behalf of a French buyer, we managed a crisis following a domestic accident & product recall where the company lost 1.8m Euros. We worked with the supplier, lawyers, and were able to resell the inventory to a third-party.
Between 2014 and 1017, on behalf of a leading US Home Décor company, we created a relationship with 3 Top 20 Global retailers, including Walmart China & increased sales by USD 1.5m.
